Orders and payments
How do I place an order?+
Choose the product, select colour and size, add it to your bag and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is complete.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All the methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Shopify: we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel an order?+
Write to us as soon as possible at info@greatness.it with your order number. If the order has not shipped yet, we will change or cancel it.
Shipping
Where do you ship?+
Across Italy, islands included, to the whole European Union and to several countries in the rest of the world. The full list is on the Shipping page.
How much does shipping cost?+
Italy €5.00 with BRT, free from €50. European Union €14.99 and rest of the world €29.99, free from €70.
How long does delivery take?+
In Italy 24/48 working hours from the moment the parcel is handed to the courier. Weekend orders ship on the next working day. For other countries, times depend on the destination.
How do I track my parcel?+
When your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number to follow it until delivery.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a product?+
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. The item must be as new, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?+
The customer. We recommend a tracked service.
How do I request a return?+
Write to info@greatness.it with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send you the address and instructions.
When do I get my refund?+
Within 14 days of receiving and checking the item, with the same payment method used for the order.
I received a defective or wrong item.+
Write to us with your order number and photos. In this case all costs are on us.
Sizing and product
How do your pieces fit?+
Boxy and oversized lines fit wide, with dropped shoulders. For a closer fit, size down. Specific notes are on each product page, under FIT.
How do I wash my pieces?+
For most pieces: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, no bleach, no dry cleaning and do not iron prints or embroidery. Exact instructions are on each product page, under CARE.
