We ship across Italy, islands included, to every country of the European Union and to these countries in the rest of the world: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates and Israel.

• Italy: €5.00 with BRT, free on orders from €50.
• European Union: €14.99, free on orders from €70.
• Rest of the world: €29.99, free on orders from €70.
• Shipping costs are always shown at checkout, before payment.

• In Italy delivery takes 24/48 working hours from the moment the parcel is handed to the courier.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the next working day.
• For islands and remote areas BRT may need one extra day.
• For international shipping, delivery times depend on the destination country.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to duties, import taxes and customs fees, paid by the recipient.

When your order ships you receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until delivery.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice with instructions to reschedule.

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, accept it with a specific reservation to the courier. In any case, write to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@greatness.it with your order number and a few photos: we will sort it out.
