The website greatness.it is run by GREATNESS. For any communication you can write to info@greatness.it.

We do our best to show product colours and details faithfully. Small differences due to your screen or to production are not a defect.

Prices are in euro and are final. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. We may change prices at any time: the price shown when you place the order always applies.

• The order is concluded when checkout is completed and you receive the confirmation email.
• We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. In these cases we let you know and refund you in full.

Payments are made through the secure Shopify checkout, with the methods shown at purchase. We do not store your card details.

We ship in Italy with BRT: €5.00 for orders under €50, free from €50, delivered in 24/48 working hours from handover to the courier. We also ship to the European Union (€14.99) and to the rest of the world (€29.99), free from €70. For shipments outside the European Union any duties and customs taxes are paid by the recipient. If you are a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. All conditions are on the Returns page.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) for 24 months from delivery.

The trademark, logo, graphics, texts and images on the site belong to GREATNESS and may not be used without written permission.

How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie Policy.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, as provided by law.

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version published at the time of purchase.
