The data controller is GREATNESS, reachable for any privacy request at info@greatness.it.

• Order data: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, products purchased.
• Payment data: handled directly by Shopify and the payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
• Inner Circle newsletter sign up: your email address.
• Communications: the data you send us when you write by email or on social media.
• Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, collected in technical or statistical form. See the Cookie Policy.

• Managing orders, payments, shipping, returns and support: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Sending you the newsletter and news about new drops: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Answering your requests: pre contractual measures or our legitimate interest.
• Keeping the site secure and preventing fraud: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Analytics and marketing through non technical cookies: only with your consent.

Your data is processed only by providers needed to run the service, acting as data processors:

• Shopify: ecommerce platform, checkout and payments.
• BRT and the other couriers delivering orders in Italy and abroad.
• Hosting and technical service providers for the site.
• Email services for the newsletter.
• Advisors and authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.

Some providers, such as Shopify, may process data outside the EU. In these cases the transfer is based on adequacy decisions of the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Order data: for as long as needed to manage the order and then for the periods required by law.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Support requests: for as long as needed to handle them.
• Browsing data: for the durations stated in the Cookie Policy.

At any time you can ask us to:

• access your data and receive a copy;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, when we are not required to keep it;
• restrict or object to its processing;
• receive it in a readable format (portability);
• withdraw the consent you gave, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise your rights write to info@greatness.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.

Every newsletter email contains a link to unsubscribe. You can also write to us and we will remove you from the list right away.
